For over two decades, I've delved deeply into the healing arts, navigating a path of profound transformation that has sculpted the essence of my being. Despite grappling with challenges like asthma from an early age, trauma, addiction, over exertion, unhealthy relationships, self-sabotage, and depression, I've emerged with a resilient spirit, a wider capacity for compassion, and unwavering faith. Today, I stand as a testament to the liberating power of creativity, joy, and purpose, having transcended the chains of addiction and self-limiting beliefs.

Born in London, of Japanese mother and Polish father, I have lived in Paris, Tokyo, California, and now live in Costa Rica. Growing up with a multi-cultural background as a "foreigner kid", provided me with a distinct viewpoint on navigating dominant cultures and understanding the impacts of intergenerational trauma. Witnessing the impact of racism on my mother also contributed to shaping my perspective. This viewpoint informs my current work, which consistently incorporates a cross-cultural lens.

Alongside my roles as a counsellor, sacred birth keeper, and women's mentor, I'm deeply impassioned by earth wisdom and permaculture. Spiritually, I'm honored to serve as a guardian of the Rose Lineage, devoted to the Divine Mother.

From my earliest days, my soul has reveled in the joys of music and dance.

My offerings are anchored in trauma awareness, mindfulness, somatic experiencing, and a quantic understanding of the interconnectedness of mind, body, and soul. I advocate for holistic practices that honor ancient traditions while embracing modern insights.

My journey wouldn't have been possible without the wisdom of my parents, and my mentors, to whom I am profoundly grateful.

“Her voice, knowledge, and ability to help me heal myself and stay grounded as a woman and mother will never be forgotten. She is truly a wonderful asset to any community that is lucky enough to have her.”
